At Prime Rewind, we are advocates of change. We push our limits to source the highest quality vintage products and give them a second home. We take pride in the idea of circular fashion and the importance of saving our planet and environment.

All of our pieces are measured laying on a flat surface, chest down. If you are unsure about about sizing, we recommend you refer to the measurements provided in the product description against a similar item you wear.

Due to the nature of vintage clothing we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES FINAL! Please refer to our Return Policy page.

All prices on our website are in US dollars, our site will convert some accepted currency and display the equivalent amount in your country's currency, however upon checkout it will switch back to US dollars to show you how much you're being charged.

All orders are usually ready within 24hrs from Monday - Friday between 9am - 3pm Not Available on Weekends.

After placing your order, wait for an email confirmation that your order is ready for curbside pickup.

Upon arrival, have your ID and confirmation ready.

All orders placed after 11 am will be shipped the next day. All orders placed on the weekends will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed on Holidays will be shipped on the next available business day.

PLEASE NOTE: INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA, ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SIGNIFICANT DELAYS DUE TO COVID 19. 

USA & CANADA: All orders placed in the US or Canada will be shipped free of charge - Handling time 1-2 days and estimated delivery between 7-15 days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All postage prices are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location of the parcel. Delivery time is between 7-18 days.

We do not collect VAT, duties or any other fees. The customer is responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes.
